As a State of Maine Licensed Site Evaluator and Certified Soil Scientist, I provide soil testing and complete septic system design services. A full septic design serves as a permit application for septic system installation. I also offer preliminary soil tests to determine if a property is suitable for a septic system. A "soil test" or "perc test" is technically called a site evaluation. Site-Specific Soil Mapping

An additional service I offer is detailed soil mapping for towns, contractors, and developers when project permits require soils information and/or a soil map. I am a Certified Soil Scientist qualified to do field investigations of soil properties, when soil mapping is required for your project.
